Using the DHR slowdown you can catch the ceilings easier now


Start under a floor that is at least 1 full room above where you want to catch

Move out the doorway and fall down the side of the corridor and let off a single Heart Refresh when near the bottom to stop the screen

Chain Together Heart Refreshes till you are 2 Heart Refreshes from being offscreen

Hold UP + the direction of the room and MIST to catch the ceiling below you
