Occasional Teachers' Bargaining Unit Constitution
|
 | The Constitution contains the fundamental principles governing the

and the Provincial Constitution, but deals particularly with the

|
Occasional Teachers' Bargaining Unit Collective Agreement
|
 | The Collective Agreement is negotiated between the District 11
Occasional Teachers' Bargaining Unit and the Thames Valley
District School Board. It outlines all of the details of the
salary, benefits and working conditions under which members of
the bargaining unit will work. |
 | It is critical that members know and understand the collective
agreement. If you think that part of the collective agreement
has been violated, contact your Bargaining Unit President or the
District Office immediately. Where the collective agreement has
been violated, the District Office will intervene to try to
correct it or, if necessary, launch a Grievance to try to have
the situation remedied. |
 | This is a confidential document. It is accessible by going to the TVDSB
website, clicking on "My Employee Portal" and then
"View My Collective Agreement". |
|
Employment Insurance Information

information about Employment Insurance benefits, including Pregnancy leave
and Compassionate Care leave. |
