Bargaining Units of District 11 |

There are four bargaining units represented by the OSSTF in District 11. The Teachers' Bargaining Unit of OSSTF District 11 is made up of close to 2000 Secondary School and Continuing Education Teachers of the Thames Valley District School Board who teach in the 30 secondary schools, "alternative school" locations, and Adult Continuing Education learning centres. The President of this Bargaining Unit is Dave Russell. The Occasional Teachers' Bargaining Unit is made up of Short Term Occasional Teachers (daily rate supply teachers) and Long Term Occasional Teachers (paid on the grid). The President of this Bargaining Unit is Don Rowdon. The Professional Student Services Personnel Bargaining Unit consists of members in Psychological Services, Speech Language Services, Audiology, and Research and Assessment Services, Attendance Counsellors, School Support Counsellors, Environmental Educators, Counselling and Support Workers, and First Nations Counsellors. The President of this Bargaining Unit is Jody Harris. The Continuing Education Instructors Bargaining Unit consists of approximately one hundred and thirty members in total; they are English as a Second Language Instructors, Adult Basic Education Instructors, International Languages Instructors, and Driver Education Instructors. The President of this Bargaining Unit is Barb O'Brien.
