bulletAs the office Administrative Assistant, Laurie provides professional administrative, public relations and confidential secretarial support for the District President, the Bargaining Unit Presidents, committee chairs, and the Federation Services Officers.
bulletShe maintains the district’s financial records and computerized accounting statements, responds to incoming communications in a welcoming and knowledgeable manner, functions calmly in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment, meets deadlines regularly and carries out a wide variety of other key duties which are essential to the daily operation of the district.
bulletLaurie effectively assists with the planning and coordination of events, with coordinating and assembling provincial financial applications, and with managing schedules and meeting arrangements. She is a self-motivated individual with a superior ability to work both independently and as a team member.
bulletLaurie is a highly-organized and industrious member of the office staff, and she looks forward to serving you in her friendly manner. She can be reached at 659-6588.
