3 Developers Edition codec (for higher quality, low data
size downloads) & using Media Cleaner XL (a commercial grade

- CD-ROM & DVD burning.
- DVD (MPEG2) & VCD (MPEG1) encoding, authoring
& burning (CD & DVD burners). Bring your video master
to us & we'll convert it for playback on DVD or VCD.
- VHS DUPLICATION. Contact us for a quote on the quantity
& length of the duplication you need. We can also look after
labeling (colour printing available) & various types of cases.
We're very particular about quality in VHS duplication
(read the VIDEO DUPLICATION
article in the Articles & Reviews page). All
our VHS duplicates are made on top of the line commercial grade
duplicators or editors (9 of them), featuring full 58 micron head
width for excellent interchange between VCRs. All have stereo
HI-FI & stereo linear audio tracks with full fidelity (frequency
out to 12 kHz or higher) & all are calibrated to exacting
standards. Only high grade tape is used. We specialize in doing
high quality VHS duplication from a few to a few thousand 5 -
20 minute videos. We now offer chroma noise reduction for those
old masters which require it. Looped programs for point-of-purchase
display are also available.
- INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS CONVERSION: PAL, SECAM & NTSC. We can transfer your VHS tape to/from ANY of the six world standards
& substandards including NTSC, PAL, PAL M, PAL N, SECAM Vertical
or SECAM Horizontal. We can also handle other tape formats in
NTSC such as S-VHS & Betacam SP. Prices are very reasonable. Click here for a

- SLIDE & PHOTOS-TO-VIDEO-TRANSFERS. If you want really
high quality transfers of slides, negatives or photos to video,
we have the necessary optical adapters to do this.
- Broadcast quality FIELD PRODUCTIONS, domestic &
foreign. We have a complete set of field production shooting equipment
including broadcast camera, tripod, audio, lighting & grip.

- EDITING SUITES: We have a broadcast quality
digital NON-LINEAR EDIT SUITE. Our newest is
the high end broadcast quality REAL-TIME NLE SUITE using the Perception Video Recorder Real-Time
(PVR-RT) hardware with Video Action RT 6.3 editing software. This dual stream NLE system requires NO
rendering of most transitions, effects, titles or graphics
so the results can be viewed instantly. It is also equipped with
the new R3DX hardware for over 200 3D real-time
effects (all customizable). This system helps shorten the time
it takes to edit a video, which should also help reduce the costs
to our clients. This editing system can handle short or
longform projects. It's also equipped with Digital Fusion POST
2.53 compositing software.
   
- SUITE EQUIPMENT: The suites are equipped with
a Magni waveform/vectorscope, 2 broadcast monitors, 1 preview
monitor, a Mackie 1402-VLZ Pro audio mixer, source decks, &
many different pieces of software for graphics compositing (Digital
Fusion Post 2.53), transitions (Boris 3.5 & 4.0), film emulation
(FilmFX2), titling (Inscriber FeaturePak/CG & Title Motion),
morphing (Avid Elastic Reality), world standards conversions,
audio sweetening (Sound Forge 5.0e) & editing. We are also
equipped with a large library of licensable music on CDs. Backup
& restore of projects on 4mm DAT tape, or burnable CR-ROM
& DVD is available. Quality scanner & colour printer are
available. Time code window burn copies are available so you can
make your shot selection choices at home & reduce your editing
costs.
