Bad Sprayer on Canon BJC-6000 print head

This label is suppose to be solid red for the logo.

The labels below are suppose to be solid red for the CFAN part of the logo, but notice that it's not until the very last label that it finally becomes the solid red it's suppose to be. This only happens on the first page of labels run at the same time.
