The next few recipes are easy to do and taste very good.

Banana Cake

2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup white sugar
2 or 3 bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon marg
1 egg
1 cup milk
Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into bread pans.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

* Substitute 1 teaspoon of liquid sucaryle for the sugar.

Yield 4 loaves

Rhubarb Cake


2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups rhubarb
1 cup sour cream
Mix well and pat into a greased 9x12 pan

Topping
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup margarine
Sprinkle over cake evenly. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

* Substitute 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid Sucaryle for sugar

Yields 1 cake

Nana's Nano's

Bottom:

2 cups graham crackers
1/4 cup melted margarine
Pat into a 9 x 12 container

Middle:


2 cups icing sugar
2 eggs
1/2 pound butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
mix together and beat well for 20 min. Spread over bottom layer evenly.


Top:


2 cups crushed pineapple
3 - 4 sliced bananas
1 large cool whip
Drain juice from pineapple mix all ingredients together

then spread evenly over middle layer
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour then enjoy.
