Description: One only used Ross In-Line Ross High Shear Mixing System comprised of an in-line Ross Mixer Emulsifier, model HSM-425, driven by a 25 HP motor. The system includes a stainless steel tank which is attached to the in-line high shear mixer. Rated for vacuum and pressure with. The powder is added to the liquid stream and circulated through the tank and high-shear mixer in a loop and part of the stream is diverted away from the loop and into the next step of your process. The unit can also be operated in a closed loop batch system. This 25 HP unit has a flow through rate of 350 USGPM based on water. Will sell in-line mixer-emulsifier or the jacketed pressure vessel by itself. - Prior use is with a pharmaceutical company. |
