AGITATING AND HOMOGENIZING SYSTEM:

Agitation system for mixing and homogenizing medium to high viscosity formulations
consists of one top-entering centrally located agitator and one top entering homogenizing rotor/stator turbine.

VACUUM VESSEL:

5 Litet Stainless steel removable mixing vessel with a flat bottom. Designed for operation from -1 to +2 Bars

Vessel jacket is designed for ab temperature of 151 C and 6 Bars. The unit has an integral hot water heating unit.

VACUUM COVER:

Vessel Cover manufactured of stainless steel.
Agitator and cover assembly are raised and lowered by an integral lift system for the removal of and ease of access to the
vessel and its contents. The cover includes:

Cover gasket embedded in the cover for vacuum sealing.

Flange for central agitator.

Flange for mounting optional homogenising agitator and for product addition.

Sight port witnh wiper.

Cover fitted with light.

Description:

One only used Ross In-Line Ross High Shear Mixing System comprised of an in-line Ross Mixer Emulsifier, model HSM-425, driven by a 25 HP motor.  The system includes a stainless steel tank which is attached to the in-line high shear mixer. Rated for vacuum and pressure with.  The powder is added to the liquid stream and circulated through the tank and high-shear mixer in a loop and part of the stream is diverted away from the loop and into the next step of your process.  The unit can also be operated in a closed loop batch system.  This 25 HP unit has a flow through rate of 350 USGPM based on water.

Will sell in-line mixer-emulsifier or the jacketed pressure vessel by itself.

Ross Versamix Tripple Shaft Mixer

Description: Used Ross PVM-500 Triple Shaft Mixer.

The mixer was in working condition when it was removed from the plant.

This mixer was new in about the mid 1990s, serial number 65286, but it has been in storage for about 5 years.

There is product residue and some debris inside the mix tank but that will be cleaned prior to shipping.

The unit was disassembled to be removed from the plant and it was stored disassembled. The drive belts are missing and there is no control panel, but otherwise all the components seem to be there.

The mix tank is all stainless steel and it has a 50 PSI jacket and a 4" flush ball valve on the bottom of the tank near the front.

The two high-speed dispersers have 40 HP motors, and the anchor agitator has a 25 HP motor.
