The Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care (OCBCC) has designated October 26, 2005 as Child Care Worker and Early Childhood Educator Appreciation Day. This is the fifth annual event honouring child care workers and early childhood educators.
As in previous years, OSSTF has endorsed the OCBCC initiative and we encourage members to join us on October 26 in recognizing the valuable role child care workers and early childhood educators play in the lives of children, their families and the broader community.
