Ontario Teachers’ Group Financial (OTGF) is offering
mortgages at discounted rates for a limited time beginning April 1,
2005. The rate during the first year of a 5-year fixed term will be
3.75%. In the following four years, the rate will be comparable with
ING Direct or President’s Choice. All members and their families are
eligible to apply for mortgage funds available through this offer.
