Our Sheep
We are partial to hair breeds as they are quite healthy, easy to care for and require no shearing. Here in Canada
we have a hair breed called Barbadoes. We have crossed some of them with a Dorper (Barb ewe pictured below
with Barb x Dorper lambs). We currently have a flock of about 45 sheep and we breed sparingly.
We also have some woollies on the property - Shetland
Sheep. Pictured below, on the right is Harmony, one of
our Shetlands. They require annual shearing and the
wool is gorgeous.

herding training and
trials
