Decal Pattern This is the Egyptian Sphinx Decal. The decals are not in bad shape for a machine that is 95 years old, but they do show some wear. Look closely at the pictures and you will see the wear.
Condition It looks like this machine has been regularly used but well taken care of. There are several small chips here and there, but nothing major. The metal pieces are in relatively good shape but here and there show some discoloring.... note the picture of the bobbin winder.
Note the unique hand crank mechanism. This machine has no boss on the side on which to bolt on a regular hand crank. The hand crank mechanism attaches to the fender as it loops around the flywheel. Also note the extension on the bobbin winder so that it lines up with the flywheel. A new bobbin winder tire will be put on this machine before it is shipped. The upper thread tension release is done manually by pressing the little tab just below the upper tension mechanism.
Attachments included There are no attachemts included with this machine. The shuttle is present and I will include a couple of bobbins.
Case The case bottom is present as in the pictures, but the top is missing. It would have had the bell shaped top, but somewhere in its 95 year history, the top got seperated from the rest of the machine. Also note that the cover for the little compartment at the side is also missing.
