Methods of Payment:
1) International Money Order (if you use a U.S. Postal M.O. it MUST be the PINK International
M.O.)

- The purchase will be shipped on receipt of the Money Order.

- The purchase will be shipped on notification from Pay Pal that payment has been made.
3) Personal cheques- can be accepted, however they take a very long time to clear through the banking system.
-The merchandise cannot be shipped until there is notice from the bank that the cheque has cleared. This could be 6-8 weeks.
Shipping Information:
a) Please email for a shipping estimate; include your full postal mailing address.
b) Prices do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
c) We have shipped sewing machines all over the USA and Canada. Each machine has arrived as shipped.
d) When ready for shipping, each sewing machine is tightly packed with at least 2 inches of solid Styrofoam in sheets.
e) Shipping will normally be by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Post. Buyers are encouraged to pick up of the machines if at all possible to save on shipping costs.
f) Shipping is from Southern Ontario Canada.
g) We will ship worldwide but not to Post Office Boxes.

j) International buyers are responsible for any VAT/Duty, brokerage or customs fees incurred.

Guarantee and Refund Policy:
It is our goal to represent our machines as accurately as possible, pointing out both qualities and flaws in the descriptions, realizing that many of them are 50+ year old. We also encourage you to look closely at the pictures and to ask lots of specific questions that we will honestly answer. Additional pictures from any angle you may wish can also be sent.
Paying a fair market price for a machine, you can expect a fair deal. Upon receiving the machine, should you not be satisfied with it, I will refund the full price. Naturally, shipping and handling is not refundable to or from your location. To return an item simply send an email with that request and reason for the return. A return will be authorized and packing instructions etc. given.
