My first real hobby, I think, was photography. Although I had dabbled in many things, when I learned how to use the camera, there were times when I would get lost in the moment as I stood before a subject, looking at it through the lens of my camera.
As my exploration of this tool evolved, my favourite photography style developed. What I call "Abstract in Reality" is a look at the world from a distorted yet real perspective. Most of my "Abstract in Reality" photos are macro work, zooming in really close to an object so as to lose site of the overall image. |
