Accommodation Support
Group Living accommodation support is provided for 3 or more individuals living together, requiring up to 24 hour staff support. 16 Homes are located in the community of Woodstock. Eight of these homes are barrier free, providing accessible housing for a variety of physical needs. A model of person centered planning is utilized to ensure that the individuals' expressed desires are listened to and that the supports are provided to ensure they are realized.
