   The CD label print are as defined in the above pictures. Printing outside of the printable area will result in production delays and warped graphics.

    * Sizes indicated in diagram 1 (121 x 120 mm or 4 3/4" x 4 23/32") correspond to the final product and
    must be rigorously respected. All pages in booklets, both cover and interior, are to be the same size
    and there should be no allowance for creeping of internal pages unless a thicker stock is to be used, at
    which point J.S. Productions should be contacted first

    * The booklet must be no larger than 32 pages. Ensure that your paper weight conforms to our
    specifications.

    * Maximum thickness of the booklet: 1.8 mm or .07" and minimum thickness is one sheet of 60 lbs or
    120M.

    * If supplying the printed material, the quantity of booklets/tray cards sent to J.S. Productions should
     exceed the CD order by at least 10%

    * For automated insertion, booklets should be folded as shown in diagram 2, with one side closed.

    * A booklet requiring manual insertion will incur additional cost.

    ***Booklets/Tray Cards received that do not adhere completely to J.S. Productions specifications
                                                              will incur additional costs.***

                                                                      TRAY CARD

    Sizes indicated above (150 x 118 mm or 5 29/32" x 4 5/8") correspond to the final product and must be
    exact.
    For proper automated insertion, tray cards must be perforated on both sides, at 6 mm or 0.2352" from
    the edges, exactly as shown in diagram. Scoring is not acceptable.
    The ideal paper thickness is 100lb. ­ 200M
    The quantity of tray cards sent to J.S. Productions should exceed the CD order by at least 10%

    We recommend to take into account that a variation of +/- 1/64" (0.0156") or 0.396mm can occur in
    printing. Consequently, it is not recommended to display text, code bars or any other visual element
    next to crop and/or perforation marks.

    The tray card must be perforated from the back, so that the spine folds inwards from the outward facing
    artwork.
