Orders may be changed "ONCE" ie. the amount, species, packaging. Additional changes will be subject to a $6.00 administration fee each time. If shipping address is different from mailing address please ensure all information is provided.

Minimum Order Conifer - 20 if ext. Code appears, otherwise minimum order is 1 Tray.
Hardwood Section - 10/bundle per species & size. Due to the high cost of processing small shipments, our minimum order is $100.00. All orders F.O.B. Boston, Ontario. ALL PRICES SHOWN ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS.

To reserve your stock, a cheque or money order of 25% down must accompany your order. The balance due must be paid upon pick-up or 2 weeks before your stock is shipped, McGuire Evergreen is not responsible for damaged seedlings or delays once in the hands of the carrier. Any claims must be made directly to the carrier. All stock leaves McGuire Evergreen freshly packed. In the event of crop loss or shortage of stock due to circumstances beyond our control, your order may be void in whole or in part.

Payment is due when the seedlings are picked up or if being shipped. Full payment of seedlings and shipping costs MUST be pre-paid. Large orders with no courier charge on the bill will be C.O.D. on the courier charge only. Courier charges are measured in dimentional weight or scale weight, which ever is more. You may wish to arrange your courier to pick up and bill directly to your courier account.

Spring 2008 orders cancelled after April 1, 2008 will forfeit deposit unless written permission is granted by McGuire Evergreen. Any cheque returned is subject to a $20.00 service charge. Prices are subject to change without further written notice. All preapproved accounts will automatically be charged 2.5% per month interest charge on overdue amounts.

CONTAINER DEPOSIT

A rental deposit of $2.00 is applied to each plug-tray leaving the nursery. The container must be returned to the nursery undamaged for full refund.

SHIPPING COST

Plug seedlings are shipped in their trays or extracted. Tray plugs expand your planting time to your schedule, however, a dimensional weight applies to the shipping costs. Due to increasing costs in shipping orders, the following charges apply....

$75.00 - $150.00   =$10.00
$151.00 - $350.00   =$15.00
$351.00 - $500.00   =$20.00
over $500.00   =6% of order cost

U.S.A. & International Customers require customs clearance paperwork and a phyto sanitary certificate.

U.S.A. CUSTOMERS ADD: $10.00 FOR CUSTOMS CLEARING & $30.00 FOR THE PHYTO SANITARY CERT.
