HOLY SMOKE is it ever time for an update! So many trucks so little time!! Okay a brief overview of what has happened since February 2004....
Feb 04: Bought a Pathfinder cant remember why I did that... found a hole in the frame that was well hidden by the trailer hitch... patched hole, did body work sold truck for a profit and started looking for another truck

Late March 2004: I was convinced by a friend to purchase a (Yeckkk) 1995 Jeep Cherokee XJ sport.... it was kinda fun at first but the novelty of a solid axle no creature comforts and outright poor design and assembly made this a real thorn in the side very quickly.... started bugging wife for another 4Runner but to no avail until............

May 2nd 2005 found and purchased my latest truck and probably my last for a very long time (love you honey!!)! 1988 Toyota 4Runner V6 5 Speed SR5 decent body awesome interior recent motor from Japan and new rear springs! The game is on!!!! old plans and new plans come together to make the perfect (for me anyways) excursion/offroad drive it to / through / home from the trail truck. Interestingly enough other than having chrome steel wheels this truck is pretty much identical to the one I parted with over a year ago..... note to self stop listening to your so-called friends: dont buy Jeeps and keep this 4Runner forever!
