Setting:

Luna City: a small city with a population of 27 000 located on the bright side of Earth's moon. It is a domed-artificial environment that was built between the years A. D. 2041 to 2056. It is self-sustaining, needing nothing from the outside world (Earth), but does have relations with Earth and Mars on a political and economical/commercial level. It is a highly secure city, with the Astro Patrol Police Force keeping close watch over the many legal levels of the city--including immigration, importing/exporting, shuttle port security, as well as street crime and the like. |
Main Characters:
![]() |
Jessica Trouble: an 11 year-old girl. She just joined the Astro Patrol as a 1st year Cadet. Jessica is a very curious, precocious, energetic adventure seeker. She gets along with others, as long as they are open-minded, non-prejudice people. She is naturally curious and often suspicious of 'certain' people, like Commissioner Kataga. She's very close to her dog, Rocket, who's always there for her. Jessica doesn't care for sports but rather prefers challenges of the mind, like mysteries. She is, however, pretty good a physical endeavors when put in the situation. Rocket: is Jessica's loyal, smart, strong, playful, and always hungry boarder-collie mix. He's a dog that also has a 6th sense for danger and pervading evil. He was also found wandering the streets of Luna City and was promptly adopted by Aunt Kathie and Uncle Bob at Jessica's pleadings when Jessica found him--or rather, he found her, saving her from being beaten up by some school bullies. Since he was found, there are some mysterious and unique 'things' about Rocket. |
Nathan Grant: a 9 year-old boy. He looks up to Jessica and follows her everywhere. He's the nervous, cautious type, but with Jessica's encouragement, often overcomes his fears and self-doubts. He relies on Jessica for support as well as learning things.

Aunt Kathie: is Jessica's aunt and guardian. She's also the Mayor of Luna City. She is Nathan's mother. She's a very strong personality, stubborn, doesn't back down from threats. She is also very rational and logical when necessary. She's very good politician. |
![]() |
Uncle Bob: is Jessica's uncle and guardian. He's an Astro-Physicist and the leading expert on the continued function of Luna city. He is Nathan's father. He's a wry wit, with some very snappy and insightful, if not funny, retorts, whether it's with his wife, Jessica and Nathan, or the darker characters he runs into. He's very curious about Rocket and his unique abilities to know or sense when danger is about. He's continually running tests on Rocket but can't find anything out of the ordinary. |
![]() |
Dillon Trouble: is Jessica's brother. He's 19 years-old and is an officer in the Astro Patrol. He's stationed on Mars. Jessica looks up to Dillon and idolizes his 'heroic' nature. He is the consummate hero figure--a young Captain Kirk. He respects Jessica and never talks down to her. He's very aware of her brilliance. |
Commissioner Jonathan Kataga: is the Commissioner of Luna City's Astro Patrol. He's an ominous, mysterious figure, that may be either a shrewd, calculated man, or a dark, evil character. He's not married and it is unknown whether he ever has been, or if he has children. It is not relevant (and for security reasons), and has therefore not disclosed any information about his personal life.
Supporting Players:
![]() |
Officer Milly: a slim, female Astro Patrol Officer partnered with Horton. Speaks with a heavy-English accent. She's been on the force for a year, is an up-and-comer. She's very smart and astute.
Officer Horton: an overweight, donut eating, coffee drinking Astro Patrol Officer. A good guy and veteran of the force. He's never been promoted to detective for reasons of his own.
|
![]() |
Deputy Mayor Franklin Lancie: a handsome, young, nice looking man. He's polite and helpful on the outside, but really a corrupt politician, on the payroll for the mob. |
