Graidon: The third son of Aywyl and Kerys. Sometimes refered to as "The Lord of Nightmares" or the "Red Lord" because of all the blood he has spilled. Little is known of Graidon's childhood other than that he had a reputation for being silent, brooding and intimidating. When his ambition finally drove him to attack his father, it was with the goal of stealing the sorcerer's mystical energy and knowledge. But a complete and permanent transfer was thwarted when Aywyl wept two tears of concentrated magic. The Tears and his body were then stolen away by two faeries named Breya and Eira. A battle then ensued between Graidon and his two brothers, Aleric and Balfyr. Graidon was able to steal many of their memories before he was forced to flee.

Over the centuries Graidon's power has waxed and waned as he has periodically been able to sifon off the mystical powers of others. He has gained strong followers among the Goblins and Kindred tribes. Yet through all his schemes and attacks he has yet to discover the whereabouts of the Tears of Aywyl.
