THE SPONTANEOUS MIXER

The Spontaneous Mixer is a new type of static mixer developped by myself, Rénald A. Richer, P. Eng., President of Archem Process Equipment Ltd. This static mixer has evolved over more than a decade and has yet to be launched onto the market place. Application for patents is scheduled for this year.

Previous versions of the design have been presented to some of the major players in the static mixer business around the world. To date not one of them has offered to license our new technology. This baffles traditional horse sense and one can only speculate that issues of ego and fears of possible reductions in profits due to canibalisation of sales from pre-existing products and royalty costs have not worked in my favor.

We are reluctantly going to market ourselves with our latest improved designs and we will see what happens then....
