Curtain coating line with dual head designed to apply a curtain of coating, either paint, adhesive or other coating, onto regid substrate up to 4 feet wide. Coating thickness is controlled by micrometer adjustment and conveyor speed.

The coating heads are each supplied by its own feed pump. Escess material drops into the through located below the coating head and is recirculated to the feed pump.

After the coating is applied the coated material is conveyed into the curing oven which is gas fired..

Infeed of substrate and coated outfeed is manual but adaptable to your needs.

This machine will be decommissioned at the end of May, 2004. This 30" wide coating machine is being replaced by a wider 40" to increase capacity for the current owners. It is in good operating condition and a second machine good for parts will go with it at no extra charge.
