Bowen No. 1 Spray Dryer for Hazardous Location, comprised of three main components, the Drying Chamber, Cyclone and Bag House. Other components include steam heater and pneumatic control. Entire dryer and bag house are made of stainless steel. This equipment was installed in a Class II Hazardous Location. Formerly installed in an R & D facility, it was purchased in May, 1987 and has had low usage.

One used Bowen No. 3 Tower Spray Dryer, Serial Number BE676. This unit features 6' diameter x 15' long (straight side) x 64" long dryer cone, stainless steel interior, straight side insulated, Eclipse gas burner system, up to 200 lbs per hour capacity, lower side mounted lance type two fluid nozzle sprayer (spraying up), stainless steel cyclone collector with extension, Hepa filter system, 7 1/2 hp blower, Moyno pump with DC controller, stainless steel slurry tank and mixer (42" diameter x 26" high i.d.) nozzle port located near access door, 46" discharge height for final products, updated controls circa 1997 featuring burner controls, flame detector, main power, burner start, air flow switch, low gas switch, high gas switch, blower start/stop, pump start/stop, inlet temperature contol and outlet temperature control, and operating manual with prints.

Littleford Plough Share blender, model FKM-600 Litres, stainless steel contact parts, Jacketed and designed for operation under vacuum. Fitted with high stack. Spare parts available. Last used for metal powder drying. Unit was well maintained and is in excellent working condition.
