	(hereinafter called the "Vendor")

	(Hereinafter called the "Purchaser")

• The Purchaser agrees to buy from the Vendor the following cat upon the terms and conditions of this agreement

d) Date of Birth	____________________________
e) Sire	____________________________
f) Dam	____________________________

• The Purchaser shall pay to the Vendor the sum of $________ for the cat.

• The Vendor and Purchaser acknowledge and agree that the cat is being purchased SOLELY as a PET ONLY. (Not to be used for breeding purposes)

• The Purchaser covenants and agrees to have the cat neutered or spayed by a qualified and licensed veterinarian as soon as the cat is deemed old enough by such veterinarian, and in no case later than ELEVEN MONTHS after the date of birth of the cat, and to provide written proof that the cat has been neutered or spayed to the Vendor within one month after the last date for neutering or spaying the cat as provided herein; PROVIDED that if such proof is not provided to the Vendor as aforesaid, the Purchaser hereby agrees to pay the Vendor within one month of the last date for neutering or spaying the cat as provided herein the sum of $__________. The Vendor and Purchaser each acknowledge and agree that the payment of this said sum constitutes the Vendor's liquidated damages.

• The Vendor agrees to provide to the Purchaser the cat's CANADIAN CAT ASSOCIATION (CCA) registration papers within ninety (90) days of the receipt by the Vendor of the written proof that the cat has been neutered or spayed.

• The Vendor agrees to provide to the Purchaser the following additional information and certificates upon execution by both parties of this agreement:

• Health record of kitten - proof of shots
• Pedigree of kitten
• One year health guarantee from date of birth of the kitten, for any congenital health defect that causes the death of the kitten, we will replace the kitten

• The Purchaser covenants and agrees that on any subsequent disposition of the cat by sale or gift or otherwise, the Purchaser shall immediately notify the Vendor of the name and address of the new owner of the cat. The Purchaser further covenants and agrees that any transfer of the ownership of the cat from the Purchaser shall be conditional upon the new owner entering into a written agreement to comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

• The Vendor and Purchaser each acknowledge and agree that any failure on the part of the Purchaser to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall render this Agreement and the sale of the cat to the Purchaser or any subsequent owner null ab initio and the Vendor shall be entitled to repossess and deal with the cat as though the cat had never been sold to the Purchaser, and any sum previously paid by the Purchaser in consideration for the purchase of the cat shall remain the property of the Vendor as and for the Vendor's liquidated damages for breach of this Agreement.

• This Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding on the Parties to this Agreement, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns; and the term "Purchaser" as it appears herein shall include any subsequent owners of the cat.
