There are 3 parts to a completed Registration for the PCA Open and Collegiate Nationals:

NOTE. "Underaged" (17 or younger) members of OPEN TEAMS, must provide proof of enrollment at a post secondary institution or CEGEP. For these individuals only, you must provide the school name and validated student number.

3. The ENTRY FEE (cheque or money order payable to PCA - Power Cheerleading Athletics)

Please DO NOT MAIL credit card information. If you opt for this form of payment, you must either FAX in the Credit Card Payment Form to:

All of this information is required to be at the PCA office on or before Thursday November 10, 2005.

"In transit", "with the courier" or "in the mail", is not considered at the PCA Office. Please plan accordingly.
