The following policies will apply to all cancellations or withdrawal of teams or individuals.

 

Teams will not be permitted to change levels (ie. drop down) after April 30.

Exception: teams who lose members (large to small or coed to all girl)


Late Fee Period 1

1. Entries received at the PCA Office between and including April 8, 2006 and April 21, 2006 will be assessed a late fee of: $75.00

"Received" = at the PCA Office. Not "in transit", "with the courier" or "postmarked by..."


By signing the registration form and returning it with the entry fee, you are responsible for having read and understood the terms of the refund policies.

A. Teams or Individuals that withdraw from the 2006 Power Cheer Nationals competition prior to Saturday April 8, 2006, will receive refund of monies paid

less the following administration and service fees:

Teams: $25.00 service fee per team or organization

Individuals or Specialty Divisions: $5.00 (per solo or group)


Late Fee Period 2

2. Entries received at the PCA Office between and including April 22, 2006 and May 2, 2006 will be assessed a late fee of: $150.00


B. Teams or Individuals that withdraw from the 2006 Power Cheer Nationals competition between and including Saturday April 8, 2006 and Saturday April 21, 2006 will receive refund of monies paid as per the following schedule:

Teams: $10.00 retained per paid registrant* (applied to whole team or individual cancellations)

Individuals or Specialty Divisions: $10.00 (per solo or group)


C. Teams or Individuals that withdraw from the 2006 Power Cheer Nationals competition between and including Sunday April 22, 2006 and Saturday April 29, 2006 will receive refund of monies paid as per the following schedule:

Teams and Individuals on team: $20.00 retained per paid registrant* (applied to whole team or individual cancellations)

Individuals or Specialty Divisions: $10.00 (per solo or group)


D. Teams or Individuals that withdraw from the 2006 Power Cheer Nationals competition after Saturday April 29, 2006 will receive refund of monies paid as per the following schedule:

Teams: No refund

Individuals or Specialty Divisions: No Refund


Notification of cancellation or withdrawal from competition must be received in writing and/or via phone confirmation (not voice mail) at the Power Cheerleading office.

Refund payments will be processed within 30 days of the completion of the 2006 Power Cheer National Championships and will be mailed to the contact person named on the registration form. Refund monies will not be held by PCA and applied to tickets, future events or other merchandise.
