All sessions are arranged by appointment only.

The contest will be open to anyone, boys and girls up to the age of 19.

Entry Fee: $39.00 must be paid at time of registration or at the time the appointment is made. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to re-schedule, so we may accommodate another client. If you need to re-schedule, we need 48 hours notice, otherwise you loose your deposit.

Contest Dates: September 25th to October 31st.

The awards will be presented in November at a time and place to be announced.

Contestants will be able to compete in the following categories:

Cutie Pie Contest for Babies to 3 years old.
Kids Contest for ages 4 to 8 years old.
Pre-teen Contest for ages 9 to 12 years old.
Teen Contest for ages 13 - 15 years old.
Most photogenic for ages 16 to19 years old.

Please note that any contestant under the age of 18 must have written permission of a parent or guardian.

Contest Judging for the Cutie Pie and Kids:

The Cutie Pie and Kids categories will be judged on overall expressions and look of the children.
There will be awards for the top 3 contestants in each category.
Three photographs will be displayed of each contestant for the judges.
Please bring two or three outfits.

Contest Judging information for the pre-teen up to most photogenic:

What do I wear? Bring 2-3 different outfits/clothing attire.

For ideas, look through fashion magazines, music videos, etc. Try to create a unique look, something different from everyone else. Remember, your photos must stand out amongst hundreds of contestants to get the judges' attention. For the pre-teen up to most photogenic we recommend the following outfits, formal, casual, fashionable and swimwear.

Bring a total of three complete outfits. A Complete outfits would include shoes, hats and any other accessories that would normally be worn with the outfit. For the sporty attire be sure to bring the sports equipment, eg.- with golf you would bring some golf clubs. The same goes for the fashionable attire, one would not wear an outfit that presents a hip hop or other statement without the proper shoes, hats, gloves and so on. For the beach or swimwear, be sure to wear something that you feel comfortable in wearing. And again remember to bring props in the way of beach balls, matching towel, glasses and any other accessories you believe will make your photo stand out from the rest of the contestants.

The pre-teen up to most photogenic (ages 9-19) will be able to compete in the following categories:

Formal or Evening: Wear and traditional native or national costumes.
Casual: Relaxing outfits, trendy, hip hop, sports attire etc.
Swimwear: Bathing suit or bikini, beachwear and travel attire etc.

There will be awards for the top 3 in each category, and a 3 top awards (first, second and third) for the highest overall scores in the contest based to the most points.

Points will be awarded as follow: First in each category 50 points, Second 30 points, Third 10 points.

Who are the judges? We always look for judges from out of town to ensure that the judging is based on the photos themselves, as they don't personally know any of the contestants.

How many photos are being judged? Each contestant selects his/her three most favorite poses.

Can I obtain any of the photos? Yes, you may purchase any or all of the photos, in any size and quantity. There is a special discount offer of 20% on any photos ordered within 10 days of the session. Otherwise, you may purchase portraits afterwards, at our regular prices.

Recommendation: For the older girls we recommend that both hair and makeup is done professionally.

Who should enter the contest?

If you have been told that your baby should be in commercials or that she/he is the cutest baby they have ever seen, this is the contest for you. If you are interested in modeling or getting a portfolio started or updated please join us. Naturally if you happen to win that would be a big plus in your model portfolio. Anyone that is interested in getting some of the best photographs of their children or themselves should enter as we will be taking many more photographs than a regular portrait sitting. Actually a session like this would cost anywhere from $150.00 and up; you get it for only $39.00.

Can we go out somewhere on location? Yes, if you have a location in mind, we can make arrangements to meet you there. However, there may be an extra cost, depending on the distance and time involved. Please inquire ahead of time.

We will pay you for referring other contestants! We will pay you $10.00 for each contestant you refer to the contest. If you are interested in making some extra money let us know and we will work out the details with you.
