- Mixer body is completely disassembled and cleaned including all mechanical and
electrical components (no screw goes neglected)!
- Gearcase dismantled and cleaned, then filled with high-temperature grease
- Capacitors and resistors checked and corrosion build up on ends removed, if faulty
they are replaced (please see Note 1 below)
- Brushes checked and replaced if needed (please see Note 2 below)
- All electrical contact points cleaned and polished
- Armature commutator reground and polished
- All felt bushings and wicks replaced
- Power cord replaced
- Speed adjustment set
- Bowl Size Selector adjusted

Full Restoration / From $275.00 - Sunbeam, Hamilton Beach & Dormeyer Non Chrome Stand Mixers

| In addition to the Complete Overhaul the following is done: |
- Mixer body, stand, base and platter (if applicable) are stripped, cleaned and
resurfaced with a "Food Grade", durable, industrial Epoxy finish
- Wrinkle finishes are duplicated to provide a tough, vintage look
- All old lettering is removed from handle, base and dial and replaced with a wear resistant
oil based enamel
- Plastic components are cleaned and polished using a special compound designed for the restoration of bakelite. This is the same compound used by British Telecom to restore vintage telephones
- The metal caps on the front and back of the mixer body are touched up and clear coated for protection
- Bowl size lever is adjusted as needed
- A new logo decal is applied

| In addition to the Full Restoration the following is done: |
- Your mixer is resurfaced in your choice of custom colour. You can provide a colour sample or select from a number of premixed custom hues. We will gladly work with you to achieve the look you're after.

- Same as the Full Restoration but without resurfacing (new logo is included)

- Due to the variable nature of repair jobs, pricing will be determined on a per job basis.

Note 1: Should a capacitor or resistor require replacing, a charge of $5.00 per component will apply.
Note 2: Should a new set of carbon brushes be required, a charge of $15.00 per set will apply.

- Canadian customers may pay in Canadian Dollars based on the rate of exchange
at the time of invoicing
