Please note: In Ontario, we have a 15% tax applied to almost everything you will purchase. This 15% is made up of an 8% provincial sales tax and a 7% goods and services tax. Please bear this in mind when planning and when making purchases. The sales tax will differ from province to province.

There is a bank located in the same plaza as the grocery store. The exchange rate at the stores is lower than the banks (you will not get as much for your money, so be sure to buy Canadian currency before you get here)
