PURPOSE Oxford Community Child Care
Toy Library offers families the opportunity to borrow toys, books, puzzles,
cassettes, and parenting resources for a two week period. The Library has developmentally
appropriate, educational and fun toys for children from birth to approximately
age ten.

MEMBERSHIP
FEES
Family Membership: $15.00
per year Caregiver or parent with
Home Child Care: $10.00 per year O.C.C.C Member: $10.00 per
year Group Membership: $30.00
per year (allows Teachers and Early Childhood Educators to borrow 4 toys
and a book or puzzle for 2 weeks) Other Memberships listed
above allow 2 toys and a book or puzzle for 2 weeks. *Memberships are to be renewed
one year from registration date. *$10.00 security deposit
is due upon original registration, to cover the cost of lost or broken
toy pieces. A refund will be issued upon request providing no toy pieces
are missing or fees owing when membership is disolved. If refund is not
requested within 3 months it will be considered a donation to Oxford Community
Child Care. * Overdue fee of $1.00
per toy per day.
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT *Accept the rules of the
Toy Library, to return toys in the condition they were borrowed, and to
accept responsibility for the safe use of all toys borrowed. Further:
- 1. Present the card when
returning toys
- 2. Return toys on or before
the due date
- 3. Choose toys appropriate
for the age and development level of your child
- 4. Appropriately supervise
the use of Toy Library toys.
- 5. Check toy list to ensure
all pieces are returned with toy. As well as bags. Instructions. and Lists.
- 6. Ensure your children
do not play with toys on the shelf as they have been disinfected and counted.
Inform Oxford Community
Child Care of overdue toys, missing pieces, broken toys as soon as possible.
