Welcome to Jay's Lesson's Page.

Here at Jay's, we encounter customers with little or no experience, right up to intermediate.
If you're just starting out and need to select the right rod reel combo, the right fly's, or
are simply in need of information, we can point you in the right direction and teach you what you need to know to be productive on the water.
We offer one on one casting lessons, tying lessons for those who want to tie their own fly's, and guided trips for people that want the challenge of learning on the water.

For the more intermediate fly angler, why not consider brushing up on your knowledge and skill level?
Or, if you're comfortable with your ability to fish for a certain species, why not try something new.

Jay's also hosts group outings and guest tyers from time to time, which is an excellent mode of instruction. So keep your eyes peeled for upcoming events.

A few reasons to book a guided lesson include:
  • We are fully insured.
  • We bring over 30 years experience to the lesson.
  • Fully interactive CD from your day on the water.
  • 6 Guide fly's for you to take home.
  • Learn productive water quickly. Don't waste time fishing where there's nothing to catch.
  • Instruction while you fish so that you can see how it applies.
