THE MICHIELS COTTAGE RENTAL CONTRACT FOR 2012

Weekly rates only - Saturday to Saturday

(Normal check-in time is Saturday at 2:00 p.m.)(Check out is the following Saturday at 11:00 AM)

( May, June, September, October is $525.00 a week; All Long weekends are $100.00 more) (July, August is $1100.00 a week)

: Maximum occupancy of 6 overnight guests during your stay! lf more it will cost more ($75.00 for each guest) call me first!

No tents, campers etc to be used at this cottage!!!

Some small pets welcome, call first! No smoking in cottage please.

: A deposit of $ 300.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

Procedures to make a reservation

1) Print all pages fill in Rental Contract.

2) Read and sign terms and conditions of rental.

3) Send a signed copy of the Rental Contract. Send your deposit check and your posts dated check at the same time. Also your posted dated check for full amount dated for 3 weeks before check in date.

4) We will Phone or email confirmation when we get the deposit.

Security Deposit: A $300.00 security deposit is to be paid in full. At time of booking prior to rental of cottage, (for failure to leave the cottage property clean and in a satisfactory state, breakage’s or damage to the cottage, contents, equipment or property) plus balance posted dated check for full amount dated for 3 weeks before check in date. You the renter are responsible to leave the cottage clean and damage free at the end of your rental time.

NOTE: Bring your own blankets, pillows, linens and towels, tea towels, dishcloths etc. This is our family cottage and we try hard to make it just like home for you and us J

The renters (Tenants) are NOT allowed to transfer, assign or sublet any part or all of the premises!!! No tents, campers etc to be used at this cottage!!! You are responsible for all fires you have at our cottage!!

CONSENT AND RELEASE

I understand that the renters of this cottage, participates in the activities at his/her own risk and there shall be no liability whatsoever

Attached to Wayne & Carole Michiels and family, its servants, agents, employees, other participants, or independent contractors for any loss,

Damage or injury of any nature, however caused.

Cancellation: If you cancel your booking a fee of $ 300.00 for your rental period booked will be charged.

: You will get your $300.00 security deposit back at the end of your stay if there is no damage of any kind and cottage is left clean to my liking (Wayne Michiels).
