Check-out is the
following Saturday at 11:00 AM
Cost is by the week Sat to Sat first!
Then we fill by weekends if we can,
cost for a weekend is the same as a week.
Long weekends are a $100.00 more per
week/weekend
(April, May, June, September, October
is $ 475.00 a week)
(July, August is $ 900.00 a week by
the week only)

occupancy of 6 guests during your stay. lf more call
first. No tents, campers etc to be used at this cottage!!!

You
the renter are responsible to leave the cottage clean at the end of your rental
time.
Security Deposit: A
$300.00 security deposit is to be paid in full at time of booking prior to rental of cottage, (for failure to
leave the cottage property clean and in a satisfactory state, breakage’s or
damage to the cottage, contents, equipment or property) plus balance owing
on rental by money order.
You will get your $300.00 security deposit back at the end of your stay
if there is no damage of any kind and cottage is left clean.
This fully equipped cottage offers 3
bedrooms; Bedroom #1 has one double bed, Bedroom #2 has 2 single beds, Bedroom
#3 has 1 one double bed. Plus the loft has 2 single beds with a ladder to the
loft for the older kids.
Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge,
stove, microwave,
pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils
and dishes.
One inside bathroom with shower. Also an
outdoor shower to clean off when you get back from the beach.
There are lawn chairs, 2 picnic tables
provided for your use, as well as a fire pit outside with wood for some camp
fires.
: The cottage has a good-sized deck new in
2006 with new BBQ.
: New for 2007 Satellite Dish, and all new
mattress and futon cushions & water heater.
: New for 2008 Vermont Freestanding Gas
Stove.
: We also have some bikes for your use.
: Colour TV with VCR and we have about 200
movies on tape.
: All cleaning supplies are provided.
