Normal check-in
time is Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
Check-out is the
following Saturday at 11:00 AM
Cost is by the week Sat to Sat first!
Then we fill by weekends if we can,
cost for a weekend is the same as a week.
Long weekends are a $100.00 more per
week/weekend
(April, May, June, September, October
is $ 525.00 a week)
(July, August is $ 1100.00 a week by
the week only)
No tents, campers etc to be used at this cottage!!!

place for weeks rental.

occupancy of 6 guests during your stay. lf more call first.

You
the renter are responsible to leave the cottage clean at the end of your rental
time.
Security Deposit: A
$300.00 security deposit is to be paid in full at time of booking prior to rental of cottage, (for failure to
leave the cottage property clean and in a satisfactory state, breakage’s or
damage to the cottage, contents, equipment or property) plus balance owing
on rental by money order.
You will get your $300.00 security deposit back at the end of your stay
if there is no damage of any kind and cottage is left clean.
This fully equipped cottage offers 3
bedrooms;
:#1 has one double bed.
:#2 has 2 single beds.
:#3 has 1 one double bed.
:Plus the loft has 2 single beds with a
ladder to the loft for the older kids.
:Plus 2 double futons in the living room.
:Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge,
stove, microwave,
pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils
and dishes.
:One inside bathroom with shower.
: Also an outdoor shower to clean off when
you get back from the beach.
:As well as a fire pit outside. If you
would like to by some wood my son will sell you wood for your camp fires. Tell
me at time of booking. You are responsible for any fires you have at our
cottage.
:There are some lawn chairs, 1 picnic
tables provided for your use.
: The cottage has a good-sized deck new in
2006.
: New for 2007 Basic Satellite Dish.
: And all new mattress and futon cushions
& water heater 2008.
: New for 2008 Vermont Freestanding Gas
Stove, all new pluming.
: New Broil King BBQ 2009.
: We also have some bikes for your use.
: Colour TV with VCR and we have about 200
plus movies on tape.
: All cleaning supplies are provided.
