ORDER AND POLICY INFORMATION
Who we are:
We are a retired watchmaker located in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada (just across the border from Detroit MI). We specialize
in purchasing watchmaker's estates and material houses. Our inventory changes very frequently;
you are encouraged to check our various webpages often for updates. All pricing is in $US.
How to order:
Orders may be placed by email (preferred method) or by telephone. It is not necessary to query if an item is
available; they are deleted from the page when sold.
For your convenience we accept Visa and Mastercard directly, but please note
THIS IS NOT A SECURE SERVER!
If you have concerns emailing this information, we suggest you split the credit card number in half
and send in two separate emails. Alternately, you may phone your credit card information to 519
539 3129 (between 8AM & 8PM EST, seven days a week); it may safely be left on the answering machine
if busy. PLEASE NOTE: Because we are in Canada and our transactions are done in $US the amount that
appears on your statement will be slightly different. This is caused by first our converting
the funds to $CDN for deposit and then the issuing bank to your statement reconverting back to $US.
We also accept orders with payment by money order
or certified cheque.

Our policy:
All items are shipped either by surface mail or air/expresspost. We have been selling on the internet since 1995,
and are very proud of our reputation. With the exception of items that are clearly advertised
"sold as found", anything may be returned for any reason; we do not refund shipping costs. We ship worldwide. We have
no minimum billing, however the
minimum domestic shipping charge is $8 (surface, uninsured),
export $14 (air, uninsured).
A few other comments:
Please be aware of your email controls....for example, if you do not get a prompt reply from us, do not assume we didn't answer. Look in your spam folder;
we can't control your spam filters. Unless we are out of town for more than one day (and in that case each page will have a notice on top saying
that we are away) the very latest for us to respond will be the next morning.
We are a small busy operation, the office and inventory are two floors apart. It simply is not realistic to telephone and ask us to look
at a part, or to look up part numbers for you. Please use email for this purpose. If you need help or advice, we are glad to help and it is
not necesssary to buy something to get help, but again, please use email for this purpose.
