ORDERING & POLICY INFORMATION
Located in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada (just across the border from Detroit MI) we specialize
in purchasing watchmaker's estates and material houses. Our inventory changes very frequently;
you are encouraged to check our various webpages often for updates. All pricing is in $US.
Orders may be placed by email (preferred method) or by telephone. It is not necessary to query if an item is
available; they are deleted from the page when sold.
For your convenience we accept Visa and Mastercard directly, but please note THIS IS NOT A SECURE SERVER!
If you have concerns emailing this information, we suggest you split the credit card number in half
and send in two separate emails. Alternately, you may phone your credit card information to 519
539 3129 (between 8AM & 8PM EST, seven days a week); it may safely be left on the answering machine
if busy. PLEASE NOTE: Because we are in Canada and our transactions are done in $US the amount that
appears on your statement will be slightly different. This is caused by first our converting
the funds to $CDN for deposit and then the issuing bank to your statement reconverting back to $US.
We also accept orders with payment by money order, direct bank to bank wire transfer, or certified cheque.

All items are shipped either by surface mail or air/expresspost. We have been selling on the internet since 1995,
and are very proud of our reputation. With the exception of items that are clearly advertised
"sold as found", anything may be returned for any reason; we do not refund shipping costs. We ship worldwide. We have
no minimum billing, however the minimum domestic shipping charge is $8 (surface, uninsured),
export $14 (air, uninsured).
