You may need to rename the .CHT file to match the .ROM file name. Further information about how to get cheat files to work comes with ZSNES!!! Some cheats may need to be toggled on/off depending on level ect, Urban Strike is one of these. -I use the following version at the time; ZNES version 1.337 (Win Port Ver 1.06) |

Thief 2 -The Metal Age Cheat: I played this game without cheating once. The second time I didn't have the time (or patience), and so I needed gas arrows... Get UGE (Universal Game Editor) or somesuch hex editor. Open a saved file and search for the text: StackCoun Several lines below that you will find the text: DeathStag All the weapons/items you can edit are found between these two lines. You can find more info here, pictures included. |

SNES Super- Nintendo |
Final Fantasy 3 Bug/trick/humor: This game came out in the early 1990's and still no-one has published this. Plug your joystick in port 1, this worked with standard SNES and Ascii-pad controllers. Plug the Super Nintendo Mouse into port 2 (the same type that came with Super Mario Paint). Now start FF3, start a new game (or one saved before Sabin reaches the mountain top). Anyways, when you reach the mountain top and have to use Sabin's power punch, you can't!!! Whats worse is that you have 30 seconds to learn the keypad sequence or you lose. Hah, my nephew and I had about 18 hours of additional game play to figure out we missed nothing. Nothing except the mouse plugged in port 2... But on the bright side our characters had level 40+ and were like-gods (one punch wonders). |
