Shipping for international orders outside the U.S. and Canada is non-refundable for returns.
We do not guarantee delivery of uninsured and unregistered packages for orders outside the U.S. and Canada, and once your order is shipped it becomes your responsibility.
· If you want your package to be registered and/or insured, please let us know before payment (for the accompanying fee quotation).
 
Note:  Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, of local authorities.
· Such fees (if any) won't be shown on your invoice and are entirely the customer's responsibility to pay.
 
We reserve the right to refuse any orders from anywhere, if any information (address or cheque) is suspect.

All Prices on this website are in Canadian Dollars.  CAN Canadian Currency
When ordering please include your ship to address.
All customer information is kept strictly confidential.
Money orders, cashiers cheque, and business/personal cheques are accepted  (no CODs).
 
We'll quote you first on the item(s), & then send a finalized quote with shipping, etc.
· We will hold shipment until we receive your payment.
· Items won't be shipped until cheques clear the bank, about 1 to 2 weeks.
· Please include a printed copy of the first page, of the last email we quoted you (it'll have our mailing address) along with the payment.
 
Or you could just ask your local craft stores if they would bring them in!
   Note:  Prices at your local craft stores would of course be different (re: shipping & handling costs).
 
Resellers:  Contact us if your business is interested in reselling.
    We can also work with you to create a special line for your store, which can create demand.
 
Manufacturers:  Contact us (to avoid infringements) about licensing.
   Note:  if you can make them (no matter how small the quantity), you are a manufacturer!

No returns without prior authorization (for an exchange, or refund  [re: Terms]).
A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged on any and/or all returns.
All Shipping costs of the returned items is the customer's responsibility.

All items are shipped from London, Ontario, Canada.
· Residents of London & surrounding area have local shipping/pick-up-(free) options available.
 
Shipping is not included in the item(s) base pricing.
· By default we ship via UPS (Standard) or Canada Post.
· If you've an account with a preferred courier service just let us know.
 
If a package is received damaged, you must note this on the courier’s delivery slip, with a description of the apparent damage.  The courier’s company must then be contacted, for a damaged goods inspection, before any claim will be accepted or authorized.
Lost parcels are also the liability of the courier.

Customs, Duty, or Taxes* (if applicable) are not our responsibility.
· As a result we can not quote on these things.
·   * Except:   Residents of Canada (GST) and Ontario (PST).
We currently have a minimum order (before fees, taxes, or shipping) of $5.00.
· (As a result)  We do not have any handling fees.
Liability is limited to the replacement of goods, or refund the purchase price (our option  [re: Returns]).
