WELCOME!  We've set up a Message Board to connect people wishing to sell Folk Night tickets, to people wishing to buy Folk Night tickets.  The FolkExchange Message Board is over there on the right.

Please read the Instructions and Terms of Use below, and then use the Board to advertise.  The FolkExchange bulletin board uses free software, complete with typos, so please don't hold it against us!

Instructions - Two simple steps!!

Selling a ticket to a show?
Step 1. Check the yellow message headings (under CURRENT MESSAGES) to see if someone is looking for tickets that you have available.

Step 2a) If so, click on the yellow message heading to read the message, and if it's a fit, click on the poster's name to send an email to the buyer using your regular email program.  Transact the deal. The buyer should then post a followup to the original message, to say that tickets are no longer needed.

OR Step 2b) If not, then you need to make a new message offering your tickets.
  - Click on "Create A New Message" to move down to the message form.  Fill in the form, using a subject like "FOR SALE: 2 tickets for Valdy".  Be sure to include your email or other contact info.
  - Click the "Post Message"  button to post your request.

Terms of Use:

It's up to you to complete the transaction.  You should plan to meet before the concert to finish the exchange.

After each concert, the messages for that concert will be removed as soon as practical.  Messages for future concerts will remain, unless I make a mistake!  You should check!

Folk Night at the Registry, the Old Chestnuts Song Circle, and The Registry Theatre are not responsible for the transactions in any way.

If you use this service, then you will be allowing everyone to see some information, such as your email address. Do so at your own discretion.

Series Passes are marked with an arbitrary price (the average concert cost). This should in no way be viewed as the actual ticket value!  If in doubt, check the Folk Night web site.

Apart from that, tickets should only be sold at (or below) the advance ticket price. Anything else is uncool and/or illegal.
