Veal Hot Dish

1 lb. veal steak, cubed
3 tbsp. butter
3 medium onions, sliced
1-½ cup diced celery
½ cup rice
1 small can mushrooms
¼ green pepper, diced
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
½ tsp. salt
pepper to taste
½ cup salted chopped almonds

Saute veal in butter in skillet until brown. Set veal aside. Saute onions in pan drippings until tender. Add veal and remaining ingredients except almonds, with 2 soup cans water; mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 30 minutes longer.
