Grandma Smith Barbecue 1 7-bone roast (3-4 lb.) Wrap roast in foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours or until well done. Cool roast and cut meat from bones in strips. Cook onion in margarine in saucepan until transparent. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Add beef to sauce. Serve on buns. *** Sauce will keep indefinitely in refrigerator. |
