Grandma Smith Barbecue

1 7-bone roast (3-4 lb.)
1 onion, minced
1 tbsp. margarine
1-½ cup catsup
½ cup chili sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Wrap roast in foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours or until well done. Cool roast and cut meat from bones in strips.

Cook onion in margarine in saucepan until transparent. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Add beef to sauce.

Serve on buns.

*** Sauce will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
