What it this site all about?

Well, this is a site I created for myself for you to learn more about me. Just a site to keep you updated on me and my life. It's so that you can see what's new and cool in the life of Ethan. Maybe there will be cool stuff posted here as well. I'm going to attempt it. I'll give you some useful info as well. Links to cool sites, sites I go to each day, and other sites that are worth checking out. I also hope to have some interesting information on this site about topics of choice. From Pepsi to Barenaked Ladies, I hope to inform you here.

Will you use foul language on this site?

Nope, I'll try to keep it clean. I like to use other words in replacement of bad language. For fricks sake! Stuff like that. I don't concider swearing wrong but you don't need to read more of it here.

How often will you update this site?

Well, I intend to update the site AT LEAST once a month. I want to update it more then that but life gets busy. Wish me luck! If for some strange reason I'm gone for a long time, I'll let you know. But if the updates haven't been happening and you don't know why, feel free to E-mail me. Thanks!

Where is this web site hosted?

Right now it will be hosted on my personal webspace with my service provider, Execulink. If I find any other cool hosts that give me more stuff (more storage, bandwidth, etc.) I might switch but I'm very content with this space here on Execulink.

What was the inspiration for the layout of this site?

Well, if you know me, you know I'm into Nintendo. Well, one of the sites I go to has a very nice layout that looks similar to this. I've always enjoyed it ever since they introduced it. My site is not a ripoff of it, but it does have some similarities. Also, I didn't write this site in a program such as notepad. I had some help from Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004. But I told the program what to make. :)

Where do you work on this site?

I have a home office that I usually do most of my work. I sometimes (rarely) work on my website at work during my lunch hour. Usually, I don't take my full lunch hour (or even breaks for that matter). I keep on working as I get into a groove. But the odd time I need a break some of them breaks I work on this site. Right now as I work on this FAQ section, I'm in my home office. I'll post a pic of it on here. It's quite nice.

Is this FAQ just about the website or will you post questions about yourself on here as well?

Right now, most of the questions on here are just about this site. But I did post above what my favorite colour was. So I will post questions about myself if anyone is wondering.

It says that this website is version 3.xxx What happened to version's 1 and 2?

Version 1 was my very first website from way back in 1997. I don't think I have a copy of it anywhere to show you. The wayback machine doesn't even have one from what I know. Version 2 was the website I was using up until July 1, 2004. That's the date I switeched to the version you are viewing now.If you've seen the old one, this one is quite different. I think this one is much sharper. A change was deffenatly needed.

I've noticed the odd spelling error or grammer error. Don't you care about proper English?

I spoke gooder english than you never done! *he he* Of cource I care. If you see an issue, feel free to let me know. I should say that I care enough to fix it but to post a spelling error, that's fine. I usually do updates on the fly so I don't get the chance to spellcheck and proofread. So, in advance, I appoligize for any spelling errors you incounter. Most people don't really care about them anyway. But I promice to do my best. :)
