Below is a list of things I like to do. Stuff that keeps me entertained. Kinda defines the word hobbies. :) My hobbies don't change that much but just an FYI, this list was composed July 2004.

Nintendo

I have each and everyone of Nintendo's consoles. My NES and Super NES are in my closet right now but they are around if needed. As for my N64, it's plugged into the TV upstairs and I still play different games on it from time to time. Games like Golden Eye, Perfect Dark, Super Mario 64, Conker, Dr. Mario, Jet Force Gemini, and others.

My GameCube is my current console of choice. I have quite a collection of games now.

Game I'm currently working on:

Digital Photography

In May of 2004, we bought a digital camera. I have a Canon PowerShot A80. It's a great camera and at the time of writing this, is ranked number 2 on ZD-Net's list of top 4 Maga-pixel camera's. That's good enough for me! :o) I love taking pictures and making the ocasional short movie. It's a blast and I love the fact that if there's a pic I don't like, I can get rid of itl; unlike film. Most of the pictures you will find on my image page, while scalled down and compressed, were taken with the digital camera.

For some reason, taking pictures relaxes me. It's neet to see what kinds of things you can capture. It's even better when you do an awesome job capturing it. I think in my spair time, I'm going to start reading about photography some more and see how good I can get at it. Wish me luck!

Programming I love to program and write code. My favorite language is Java. I enjoy creating Graphical User Interfaces (GUI's) and am getting pretty good at it. There's still a fair bit for me to learn but each day I'm finding new challenges. It's great when I overcome them. I've written some good code and hope to incorporate it here on this site in the future.

Web Design I enjoy doing web disign but don't get that much time for it. I guess web design could be put under the same topic as programming but I think there are enough differences to warrent it's own heading. This site took me some time to create but it's looking good so far! I designed the interface for a thin client application for Frank Cowan Company. I haven't heard any complaints so far *knock on wood* and the app has been in use for a while now.
