Q: Your availability seems limited?
A: Currently this is a part-time business, hours revolve around my fulltime job.
Q: I've noticed the pricing for an in home visit is higher than for shop work.
Why is that?
A: Shop work is generally more cost effective and with more resources available.
More than
one PC can be worked on simultaneously. An in home visit is a flat rate based on
market rates
in the london area
Q: Do you guarantee your work.
A: Yes. All work is guaranteed to be satisfactory. New hardware installations
are covered
by the manufacturer [usually 1 year], but I will do the 'leg work' involved in
replacing
defective hardware. Data recovery is the only exception. Data will be recovered
onto media
of your choice and once in your possession it is your responsibility to
safeguard the
recovered data.
Q: Do you have an hourly rate for computer repair?
A: Hourly Repair Fee $48.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum, billable in 15 minute
increments
Q: If I am unhappy with the services provided, who do I complain to?
A: If you are unhappy with my services, tell me, I'll make it right. If you're
happy
with my services, please tell your friends.
