Revenue, Trade, and Commerce
- It is important that the minority group is
taxed by the country at the same rate as the majority.

not feel that the minority group is getting more than a
slightly disproportionate amount of government
Trade and Commerce
- Trade within the country will be regulated
by the government of the country. There should be free
trade in all areas except cultural arenas that require
protection, although regional groups must be allowed to
protect a small number of special areas in agreement with
the rest of the country.
The minority group will have the right to
decide which resources within its own area to develop.
The minority group will have an obligation to
share revenues from those resources with the country as a whole,
if only by taxation.
