Majority Rule and Minority Rights
Purpose of this Site
To set such rules as will lessen conflicts between minorities and majorities within a country.
There are a lot of countries around the world that have minority groups of sufficient size to want some definite rights.
Too often, conflict betwen the fears of both groups (the ruling majority and the restless minority) escalates to conflict. Usually, the ruling majority is unable to differentiate between a desire for minority rights and a call for total majority separation.
There's no need for conflict; if both sides follow the rules laid down on this site.
