Selection Criteria:
Donaldson International Livestock Ltd. incorporates the Canadian swine genetic evaluation program., which provides Estimated Breeding Values (EBVs) for all tested boars and gilts in Canada. EBVs predict the "genetic merit" of an individual animal, or that part of its performance that will be passed on to its offspring. Canada developed this program and Donaldson International is now able to offer training in this system to other countries.
