December 2000, we were on our way to Montréal
for Christmas. It was driving past Medieval Times in Toronto Ontario,
that gave Daniel the theme for our Wedding. After discussing it
with family and friends, all agreed -
"A Medieval Wedding May 20th,
2001".
In January 2001 we secured the Barracks of Wolseley
in London as the location for the ceremony and feast. The outside
gardens, with their towering black walnut trees and aging brick
walls were just begging to participate in a Medieval Wedding. Although
the Mess Manager was less than enthusiastic about our theme ...
The caterers "Friars Two" were bursting with excitement
and ideas. It was then we decided to make Friar costumes for all
the waiters. Enough said, let the pictures tell our story...
