Rachel Margaret Gowland was born at 1:37 pm on Tuesday, December 15th, 1998. She weighed in at 7 lbs 14 1/2 ounces, and was 21 5/8" long!! A beautiful little sister for Matthew, who like the rest of us affectionately refers to her as "Maggie".
